A. Adana Taco Recipe

Ingredients:

  •  1 Lb. Ground Beef
  •  1 Lb. Ground Lamb
  • 1 Table Spoon Pepper Paste
  •  1 Tiny Minced Red Bell Pepper
  • 3 Pieces Tiny Minced Garlic
  •  2 Table Spoon Fine Chopped Parsley
  •  ½ Table Spoon Salt

Preparation:

  1.  Put all the ingredients in one bowl and mix thoroughly.
  2.  Leave the mixture to cool for at least 3 hours with the top covered.
  3. Divide it into 6 oz pieces
  4. Put on skewers and cook on the grill. Alternatively, you can make flat and cook in pan 2 side
  5.  Use 6 inches tortilla for your tacos
  6.  Put your tortilla for 1 minute on your grill or pan
  7. Put your Adana kebab inside tortilla
  8. You can add sliced onions, lettuce, chopped tomato or any greens you want and it will be ready to serve

B. Beet Tarator

Ingredients:

  • 4 Boiled and Shredded Beet Roots
  • 2 Table Spoons Yogurt
  • 2 Table Spoons Mayonnaise
  •  1 Table Spoon Apple Cyder Vinegar
  • 7 Pieces Finely Minced Garlic Cloves
  • 2 Tea Spoon Salt

Preparation:

  1. Mix all the ingredients and allow them to cook
  2. I suggest that put some inside your taco and it will give amazing taste

Kunefe:

Ingredients:

  • ½ Lb. Small Cut Kataifi
  • 10 Oz Unsalted Kunefe Cheese
  • 4 Oz Purified Butter
  • 1 Table Spoon Grape Molasses
  • 12 Oz Water
  • 10 Oz Sugar

Preparation:

  1. For syrup: mix sugar and water and boil it 5 minutes
  2.  Separate a cup for cool down until room temperature
  3.  Mix 1 minute molasses and butter
  4. Apply a thin layer on kunefe plate
  5. Add a thin layer of kataifi on top of butter and press strongly
  6.  On top of this pressed kataifi add cheese small pieces
  7. Add one more layer kataifi on top of cheese and press strongly
  8. Make your burner very small fire or if electric make low degree heat
  9.  Fry one side for about 5 to 7 minutes to give it a brown color.
  10.  Take another kunefe plate and apply butter again
  11. Make first cooked plate upside down on this plate
  12. Fry this side same.
  13. Apply sugar syrup on hot kunefe as much as it takes immediately it has cooked.
  14. Prepare to sere by cutting pieces which you can put on crushed walnuts or pistachio
