4 turkey legs
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
5 bay leaves
2 red hot pepper
1 tablespoon turmeric
4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon paprika
4 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon oregano
1/2 cup olive oil
½ cup Greek yogurt
Place 4 turkey legs in a mixing bowl and cover with vinegar, put the mix in the cooler for at least 2 hours.
In the pot, boil 2 qt of water and add bay leaves, turmeric, and tiny sliced red hot pepper.
Add turkey legs and boil for 45 minutes on medium heat.
Remove turkey legs from the boiled water.
Mix olive oil, yogurt, paprika, salt, black pepper, and oregano.
Add the mix to turkey legs and cover with marination.
Place it in an oven tray and cover with aluminum foil. Put the tray in a preheated (350 f) oven and bake for 45 minutes.
Remove foil and continue to bake for another 15.
Note: keep the turkey broth for use later.
Turkey legs are ready to be served.
